Force an Internal Virus Database update

Go directly to the shortcut.

1. Right click on the AVG Icon.

2. Select Launch Control Center

3. Click on the section Update Manager (A) then click on the Update button (B) on the bottom of the screen.

4. Click on the Internet button to update from Grisoft's web site. To use any other button to update please see your Administrator.

5. The system will now check the database version on your machine against Grisoft's and retrieve any update you might need.

The Shortcut

1. Right click on the AVG Icon and then select Update. This will take you to Step 4 shown above.
